We went in and there was ice all over front counter. One poor guy cleaning tables while the others stood around looking stupid like they were on something. The man ahead of us was asking them how much longer for his order, I think he waited until he got his money back, because he was at St.Joe burger king when we was there. Yes we never even got acknowledged we were there, even though we were standing at counter waiting on them to take our order. Not sure why, they sure was NOT busy. Everyone was at seafood festival Saturday. They should watch cameras to find out what was going on.
They had no Pankcakes for breakfast. No eggs for breakfast. Would not serve lunch and would not substitute anything in place of the eggs or pancakes they did not have to begin with was a very unpleasant experience and will not suggest this place ever. There were also many people without hair nets and people not even in uniform walking around behind the camera not doing much of anything we were the only customers in the place and didn’t get our food for over 30 minutes and I️ watched two cars sit in drive through for just as long this place is a sad example of the Burger King franchise and should not be open for business at all. The little girl in this picture had to come inside to get there order that should have been brought out to their car after 30 minutes of waiting and the food was just sitting behind the counter.
Worst customer service EVER! Does the manager not read these reviews?? They all say the same thing...
Not sure why the dining room is already closed at 8:30 on a Saturday night? The lady in the drive thru was super nice though and the food order was right but not very hot.
This has got to be the worst establishment in the history of the world. I don't know what was worse the food, the service or the absolute wreck of a building. The cashier at the window was the most ghetto, nastiest person I have ever encountered. I will certainly be calling corporate and district management. This was the worst experience I think I have ever had in my entire life. Save your money, go to subway for fast food. The cashier literally wanted to fight me about my order which was completely wrong. My drinks taste like they might have been sitting on the counter for a month. Would definitely rather starve than ever eat here again.
Still sitting in the drive thru..... It's been 30 mins. I saw another man come to a truck in line with his hands full of groceries. He had time to grocery shop before they got to the window to get their food....
They acted like I was bothering them. The person who took my order was lacking any personality or customer service. One employee was on a phone in the lobby and dancing. Took probably 10 minutes to get nuggets and fries. When they were finally down all I got was "here you go" AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!
I know I would if it was my business. I have NO desire to eat there, the way people got treated that way. Makes me wonder if the food is being handled correctly.
