Spent one night here and really enjoyed the time. The peace and quiet on the porches was a really nice feature, and it is convenient to everything in town. Gormley's was excellent. This hotel is over a hundred years old and maintains it's ambiance- I expected the rooms to be small and somewhat cramped, and I anticipated some noise in the facility. A quaint hotel that was worth the experience, Staff was great.
The porch is the place to be. Love having drinks out there on the rocking chairs. The atmosphere and the friendliness of the people is what draws me back there time after time.
This place is a complete dumb u dont even get what u pay. And once you pay he knocks daily wanting more money then will call cops to get u out even after you paid
We went for a murder mystery weekend and had lots of fun. The rooms were nice and clean. The included dinners at the restaurant weren't very good, even breakfast. How can you not have a good bacon and egg breakfast.... The are several other local restaurants within walking distance the are much better.
