Wonderful experience, was warned it was pricey but they are not much more than other area restaurants and are a cut above in several areas. Tried the soft shell crab for the first time ever, fantastic. Also had 1/2doz oysters on the half shell, I'm hooked, huge fresh oysters set a high bar for other places. Make reservations or be there at 5:30pm if you want to be seated quicker, very busy place, friendly, attentive staff. Can't wait to go back to Apalachicola.

Food is great, best in Apalachicola. Service can be slow, mostly due to the kitchen betting used by the Owl and the Tap Room bar. Try the crab cakes, grouper, or most any special. They always serve 13 mile oysters, best on the panhandle.

Crab dip and home made tortilla chips are incredibly tasty and fresh. All food was 5 star. Staff was friendly and efficient. Atmosphere was nice.

Thankfully they weren't slammed last night because they lost my reservation. Let me say first the drinks were great. As was the homemade salad dressing. My Jambalaya however, was literally the worst I have ever had. No creole flavor, huge chunks of under cooked celery and globs of tomato with a watery sauce. Disgusting. My girlfriend did however have a delicious linguinie shrimp pasta that I wish I had ordered instead. Not bad overall but avoid the jambalaya at all costs.

Had a wonderful experience here. First time here. Had the bruschetta as an app and it was delicious. Got one of the specials which was the snapper with rice and artichokes and it was excellent. Everything tasted like from scratch. Family was also impressed. I would recommend and also come back. Danielle was a most excellent server as well.
